I have just bought a new camera ..a digital SLR. As usual I have not stopped to look at the manual but have jumped straight into the action phase and gone out to take a pile of photos. My principle is fairly simple take a lot of photos and hope a few come out well. In our neck of the woods this is a good policy because the colours, the light and the scenery make it easy. Here is a photo from my recent walks in the local area. I have already noticed that photography helps you recognise beautiful scenes even more.
